When you are indipendent. To be able to live together with someone else, to care someone if he is ill, to wake in the middle of the night for a crying baby or not to go to sleep, knowing that you have work yet to complete; to organize a party without praying to mum to bake sweets or to know when do you need doctor, lawyer or policeman without listening instructions. Sg around og the first mortgage on a house but it is more colplicate, i think. Because you can be a hysteric person but an indipendent, culturated person, too, in your mortgage.

When a kid has it's own kid, then he becomes an adult. Otherwise, you'll always be mommy's boy. Being an adult is not a matter of age, but a mature state of mind.

It depends on each person, but if we have to fix a legal age to become an adult, I would choose different ones depending on the issue: driving, voting, drinking alcohol, jail...

For me, the switch of adolescence over the adult depends on many factors: Generals factors : education, social and occupational group of the parents, culture, countries in which we live, and many others.. But also personal factors (arising from general factors): Personality, autonomy, Generals ability , etc.. It could be around 15 years old, as well as after 30 years old! We just have to distinguish "adult under the law" and "having truly adult behavior"..

What is your opinion of when someone is fully considered an adult? 18? 20? 25? When they start their first mortgage on a house?
