The shooter lies on the ground or on a mat. The shooter can only support the gun with their hands and one shoulder and they are allowed to put their cheek against the buttstock for aiming. The forearms must not be touching the ground. The shooter is allowed to use a strap that will go from the arm that is supporting the rifle, to the rifle itself.
